Cassandra Belton is an educational professional and advocate who has been on a journey of recovery from compulsive gambling since her mid-twenties. Committed to supporting others, she founded a weekly online fellowship group for Black women facing similar challenges. Cassandra has shared her experiences on national platforms, including the National Council for Problem Gambling, where she presented Black Women Speak Out About Problem Gambling.
As part of her continued growth, she is a certified peer recovery coach and remains dedicated to serving the problem gambling community. She is currently rebranding her fellowship group for Black women, with more details to come.
Beyond her professional and advocacy work, Cassandra finds joy in spending time with her family.
